Kendra Wilkinson discusses decision to quit 'Splash'
Former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett reflected Wednesday on her decision to leave ABC's diving competition, "Splash," because of her fear of heights.
After thanking fans who supported her following her teary exit on the show's Tuesday-night broadcast, she tweeted, "I have no disappointment in myself. I did what I could and that was that. Diving is just not my thing and I found that out throughout the show."
Wilkinson, 27, endured a Twitterverse backlash Tuesday. "Damn I got a lot of hate tonight but ill take it," she tweeted that night. "Big mistake signing up for the show. Sorry I let you all down."
After descending from the 23-foot-high platform, she told co-host Charissa Thompson, "One thing I don't do is quit, and this is the first time in my life I've quit something. So I'm not happy that I quit, trust me. This will haunt me for the rest of my life."
