The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) reportedly will pay actress Lindsay Lohan approximately $2 million to appear in an eight-part reality TV series about her much-publicized struggles with substance abuse and the legal system, as well as her career and her plans, said Tuesday.

The site added that Lohan signed the deal during the Betty Ford Center portion of her current court-ordered rehab, and that she negotiated two paid assistants and a stylist for the show.

An OWN spokeswoman told Newsday, "We do not comment on series negotiations."
