WORK IT, MASSAPEQUA! Long Island's Christopher Palu is one of the four designers left to compete on the season finale of "Project Runway." Palu, of Massapequa, goes up against Dmitry Sholokhov of Belarus, Fabio Costa of Brazil and Melissa Fleis of Michigan in the season-10 closer Thursday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.

PREMIERES. A clinical psychologist helps shopaholics in the new "My Shopping Addiction," debuting on Oxygen Monday night at 11 p.m. . . . A psychologist could probably also help the "Extreme Cheapskates" who flush once a week and reuse dental floss. The TLC series premieres Tuesday with back-to-back episodes at 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. . . . Ever feel like "My Life Is a Lifetime Movie?" So do the women in this new unscripted series on, what else, Lifetime, starting Wednesday night at 10 p.m. . . . and "Mystery Diners" armed with hidden cameras investigate restaurant miscreants beginning 10 p.m. Friday on the Food Network.

Bay Shore brothers Julien and Jemelle Joseph, part of the rap group One4Five & Lyric Da Queen, with Lyric-BiancaBarnes, are among the top 24 acts on "The X Factor," and will be mentored by Simon Cowell . . . There were double eliminations on "Dancing With the Stars," with singer Drew Lachey and race car driver Helio Castroneves and their respective partners, Anna Trebunskaya and Chelsie Hightower, getting ousted . . . and Russell Swan was booted from "Survivor: Philippines."
