Eight former cast members of MTV's 2006-2010 reality-TV show "The Hills" reunited on the red carpet for the network's Video Music Awards Monday to promote MTV's announcement of a series reboot scheduled for next year.

Audrina Patridge; Frankie Delgado; married couple Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag with their infant son, Gunner; Spencer's sister Stephanie Pratt; Jason Wahler, and Justin Bobby Brescia appeared together, though such other series notables as Lo Bosworth, Kristin Cavallari, Lauren Conrad, Brody Jenner and Whitney Port did not.

MTV announced that "The Hills: New Beginnings" will "reunite original cast members, alongside their children and friends" with "new faces" and "returning favorites."
