Skylar Laine has Randy Jackson 'transfixed' on 'American Idol'

Skylar Laine is singing Dusty Springfield's "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" on "American Idol" -- fantastic song, we could have a moment here.

Kicks it off slow and controlled; ha, there are actually actors on stage pretending to be a couple sitting on a park bench. As if Laine needs any more dramatics.

Chorus has that country twang, which fits this song; and she's so smooth on the held notes. Wish it was a bit more melodic, sometimes she speaks the lyrics too much; but it's still good.

"That was flawless, that was amazing," says Randy Jackson, who adds he's "transfixed" whenever she sings. He also wants to know who those actors on the bench were.

"You wanna win, don't you?" says Jennifer Lopez. "You're winning over the hearts of America as we speak."
