The end is near, at least for these series, as the 2012-13 wraps. Yup, it's May 6 and we've already missed a few major endings so far, and without wasting your time, here's your handy scorecard of what basics to expect and when over the next few days/weeks... (And by all means, do check back as I'll add more details and shows  - no spoilers - as I learn 'em):

May 9

"Glee" (WNYW/5, 9): The great Patty Duke arrives for this closer along with Meredith Baxter.

"Two and a Half Men" (WCBS/2, 8:31): Walden has a new girlfriend and she looks very much like Hilary Duff. (Hmmm, could she be?) But he's especially into grandma, who looks like Marilu Henner.

"Community" (WNBC/4, 8): Gotta watch if only to say "I was there..." This could be the series' finale too.

May 12

"Revenge" (WABC/7, 9): A two-hour blow-out in which a "shocking death" is promised - they do that in finales sometimes. A core cast member will be offed (did his/her agent want a bigger paycheck for the third season?)

May 13

"How I Met Your Mother" (WCBS/2, 8): Lily (Alyson Hannigan) and Marshall (Jason Segel) could be leaving for Rome which adds what all kinds of layers of complexity to the question of how Ted (Josh Radnor) actually met his future wife. Speaking of marriage, one is planned...

May 14

The Mindy Project" (WNYW/5, 9:30): First season wraps with Mindy (Mindy Kaling) heading to Haiti on a "volunteer mission..."

"New Girl" (WNYW/5,9) : Taylor Swift is in the house, playing Elaine, a guest at the wedding of Cece (Hannah Simone) and Shivrang (Satya Bhabha).

"NCIS:" (WCBS/2,8): Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) is in hot water over that wild hunt for the dude who killed Ziva's (Cote de Pablo) father...

“NCIS: LA:” (WCBS/2, 9): A Missing Nuke storyline ends, presumably happily, but a lot of very bad guys make this a particularly dark closer, or so showrunners promise.

May 15

"CSI" (WCBS/2,10): Somehow, Ozzy Osbourne makes a big cameo here when D.B.Russell (Ted Danson) goes to Black Sabbath Concert to investigate something that has to do with Dante's "Inferno."

“Supernatural” (WPIX/11, 9): Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) have some sort of big battle with Crowley (Mark Sheppard) - maybe - and who knows who else, but just writing this blurb leaves me exhausted.

May 16

"The Office:" (WNBC/4,9): Nine glorious seasons wrap, with a farewell reunion. Will Michael Scott (Steve Carell) or won't Michael Scott make one last humiliating faux pas?

"Grey's Anatomy" (WABC/7,9): A superstorm hit Grey Sloan Memorial in the penultimate episode; what's left for the finale? A tsunami?

"The Big Bang Theory" (CBS/2,8): Could Leonard (Johnny Galecki) be tempted to move to another country? How about another star system?

"The Vampire Diaries" (WPIX/11, 8): Ghosts overrun Mystic Falls (think "zombies," but much harder to kill.)

“Elementary” (WCBS/2,9:01): The worthy freshman will see “Nurse Jackie's” Dominic Fumusa turn up in a cameo; he plays a bodyguard with – duh - “secrets.”

May 22:

“Nashville” (WABC/7, 10): Brad Paisley – he who just performed and recorded a controversial single with LL Cool J – makes an appearance. Cool James is busy with his own finale.

"Modern Family" (WABC/7,9): The gang flies to Florida after the death of Phil's (Ty Burrell) mom, but an outstanding arrest warrant awaits Gloria (Sofia Vergara) in the Sunshine state.

"The Middle" (WABC/7,8) Mrs. "C" - Marion Ross - from "Happy Days" is here, playing an elementary school vice principal. (And no, she is not technically playing Mrs. C, but you get the idea...)
