Tim Urban goes faith-based on 'American Idol'

Tim Urban has four brothers and five sisters. Wow. He tells us he prays before singing. Wearing an orange tee, he's singing "Come On Get High." He's totally sincere and comfortable. It's not a great song lyrically or melodically, but he definitely shows us who he is as an artist, and the importance of his faith to him.

I mean, people are either gonna love it, or hate it. I think he should've picked something else that let him show off his voice more.

Randy just says, "how was that for you?" then says he didn't get it, very karaoke, nothing special, pitch problems everywhere. Ellen didn't like it, no charisma or stage presence, but the strong point was not the singing. Kara liked the song choice, but says he didn't make it his own -- "you look the part, you play the part, but it's not all there yet."

Simon liked it, thought it was better than last week, you chose a young song, more relevant, liked how he listen to the criticism from last week and worked on stuff, instead of whining.
