'Today' details pathos of Medford murders

Newsday's Michael Amon tweeted a couple of days ago that reporting the Medford massacre story had left him particularly glum, and it's easy to see why.

But a big "Today" takeout this morning especially clarifies the horror, and pathos, of the crime. Lester Holt does, I think, a particularly sensitive and intelligent job interviewing Lesly Mejia, whose sister was among those slain.  She clearly wanted to honor her sister, Jennifer, with this interview and does exactly that. Holt's interview is preceded by Mike Taibbi's story . . .
