Tracy Morgan collapsed while attending the Sundance Film Festival. No word on his condition, but his spokesman did release a statement denying alcohol was a factor. The statement said he collapsed from "a combination of exhaustion and altitude.”

Morgan was getting an honor from the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards, held  in Park City, Utah.

“Tracy is seeking medical attention. He is with his fiancé and is grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false.”

Morgan was at Sundance for the comedy "Predisposed," one of the 100 films at the festival, in which he plays a drug dealer named Sprinkles, according to the Associated Press.

Meanwhile, TM tweeted this a little while ago, and I quote in full:

Thank U 2 the hospital staff. Back at work 2morrow shooting 30 Rock. Holla at me!
