Ringing in the new year: Jennifer Lopez and Daughtry perform in Times Square on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" (10 p.m.-11 p.m., 11:30 p.m.-2:05 a.m., ABC/7).

Jay-Z and Rihanna team up on "New Year's Eve With Carson Daly" (10-11 p.m., 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m., NBC/4).

Kris Allen, Allison Iraheta, Carmen Electra and Eva Longoria celebrate "Billboard's New Year's Eve Live" (11 p.m.-12:30 a.m., Fox/5).
