Preserved since the late 19th century, the Huguenot Street Historic District serves as a tribute to the French settlers who arrived in the New Paltz area beginning in the early 18th century. Today, the houses are furnished with period and heirloom artifacts, many of which were passed down from ancestors to their next of kin. The grounds are open to the public year-round, though hours and guided tour times can vary throughout the year. Check the website or call for additional information.
