July home prices on Long Island

Median sales prices were up on Long Island despite a decline in the number of homes sold

Home prices jumped 6.8 percent in Suffolk in July to $390,000 compared with July 2017, while in Nassau prices were up 3.8 percent in the year to $540,000, according to data supplied by the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island.
