UNSCRIPTED PREMIERES Fresh stuff all week. "The DUB Magazine Project" (Saturday at 1 p.m., MTV2) goes under the hood with celebs like Nick Cannon, Shaquille O'Neal, Lil Wayne and more. "Famous Food" (Sunday at 10 p.m., VH1) finds celebrity cooks like Heidi Montag, Danielle Staub and Vincent Pastore competing to get a restaurant. "Tough Cookies" (sneak peek tomorrow at 10 p.m., then Monday at 10 p.m., Food) goes inside Ocean City's Crazy Susan's Cookie Company. Billy Ray Cyrus hosts "Surprise Homecoming" (Monday at 10 p.m., TLC) with military family reunions. "Roseanne's Nuts" (Wednesday at 9 p.m., Lifetime) has a double meaning now that the comic's managing a Hawaiian macadamia nut farm. "Bruce Lee Lives!" (Wednesday at 10 p.m., Fuel) features filmmakers, musicians and athletes depicting how the martial arts star influenced them. "Legend Quest" (Wednesday at 10 p.m., Syfy) goes in search of archaeological items like the Excalibur sword and the Holy Grail.

RETURNING COMEDY/DRAMA The summer season kicks into high gear with the season debuts of many series faves. There's comedy from Larry David's eighth go-round with "Curb Your Enthusiasm" (Sunday at 10 p.m., HBO) and further standups' sit-downs in "The Green Room With Paul Provenza" (Thursday at 11 p.m., Showtime), featuring local boys Judd Apatow and Ray Romano with Garry Shandling.
