The Adventure Park at Long Island officially opened for the spring season and is celebrating by offering a discount to zip line.

This weekend only (April 7-9), you can save 20 percent off regular ticket prices by using the promo code OPENING17 when reserving online at the park's website ClimbLI.org.

Located at 75 Colonial Springs Rd. in Wheatley Heights, The Adventure Park offers 10 aerial treetop trails with 15 zip lines mixed with more than 140 challenge bridges. A variety of color-coded trails — beginner through expert — lets climbers match their age or climbing experience.

Also new this year, The Adventure Park at Long Island is expanding it's evening hours until 10 p.m. for added climbing fun at night. There will also be more special events throughout the year as well.

Climbing reservations are recommended to help avoid long lines and wait times, which you can easily do on the park's website.

The Adventure Park at Long Island is designed, built and operated by Outdoor Ventures. For hours, pricing and updates, visit ClimbLI.org or call 631-983-3844.
