"Where's Waldo?" turns 25 this year. The Empire State Building is scheduled to light up in Waldo's signature red-and-white stripes Sept. 21 to kick off a year of festivities. Pick up the "Where's Waldo Now?" anniversary edition starting Sept. 25 (Candlewick Press, $16.99).

The Magic School Bus celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. "The Magic School Bus: The Complete Series," released this week, has 52 episodes on eight DVDs and includes a 3-D cover and activities for parents and kids ($79.95).

The Goosebumps series -- which launched in the summer of 1992 with "Goosebumps: Welcome to the Dead House" -- celebrates 20 years this summer with the launch of "Goosebumps Wanted: The Haunted Mask" (Scholastic, $15.99), by R.L. Stine. This is the first hardcover Goosebumps book.
