The East Northport Chamber of Commerce will hold its 20th annual East Northport Festival today through Sunday, featuring rides, live music and a food court.
"The East Northport Festival was started as a way to promote the businesses of East Northport while simultaneously celebrating the community," Stuart Besen, Northport Village attorney and one of the event's founders, said in a statement. "There is so much to do. I personally look forward to it because it marks the beginning of fall and the new school year and you get to reconnect with so many people."
The event starts Friday, running from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday it runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
