Whether it's too cold or too hot to play outside, you can still entertain your kids with these fun indoor bounce and trampoline parks.

These indoor facilities are full of inflatables and trampolines to help kids reach new heights of fun. Whether you're looking for an open play place, a birthday party spot or something to do on a rainy day, there are many activities at these places besides jumping and bouncing.

Kids can play dodgeball on a trampoline court or bounce and joust in an inflatable ring; no matter the activity, these large indoor playgrounds will keep kids of all ages occupied for hours. Some bounce parks feature inflatable obstacle courses, trampoline bungee jumping and fitness classes.

The biggest indoor trampoline park on Long Island, Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park (111 Rodeo Dr., Deer Park) has over 21,000 square feet of trampoline space and the largest main court in the country. It includes SkySlam Court: a sports court with trampolines, four dodgeball and volleyball courts and a five-lane foam zone, where kids can run and jump on trampolines into large foam pits. In addition to its trampolines, Sky Zone also offers SkyRobotics Fitness classes, which put a new twist on working out. There is a viewing area with large flat-screen TVs. Sky Zone is opening a second location in Mount Sinai in October.
