Parents take note: Infantino is recalling about 191,000 teething toys due to a choking hazard. The toys were sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide and at Target.com.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall involves the Infantino Go Gaga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey teething toy. The squeaking toy is made of soft orange rubber, and the tail of the monkey can pose a choking hazard to young children. There have been seven reports of infants choking or gagging on the monkey's tail, although no injuries have been reported.

The toys were sold from December 2012 through January 2014 for about $13. "Infantino" is marked on the back toward the rear of the toy and model number 206-647 can be found on the inside of the rear left leg

Here's what you can do: After taking the toy away from young children, contact Infantino to receive a free replacement toy by calling 888-808-3111 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday, or visit infantino.com and click on "Recall Information."
