Do you want a plain old undecorated headband or a nice unique headband? I experimented on an old, plain headband and turned it into an awesome cool headband. To do this, you can use string, beads, fake flowers, and shells. Also you will need a hot glue gun. I tried to use regular glue, but the beads would not stay on.

First, plug in the hot glue gun so it can get hot. Next, get your items out. Pick out which materials you want to put on the headband. Once the hot glue gun is ready, spread the glue onto the headband and quickly place the items because the glue dries fast. If you want to use string, tie a knot at the bottom of the string so that the string will stay on, or you can attach the string with the hot glue. But you may want to use tweezers to help with placement. Then wrap the string around the headband and tie a knot at the end to keep it on. Then to make sure the headband is dry wait a minute and then you can put it on.
