Google Docs makes working as a team easier

Google Docs is awesomeness. Pure awesomeness. In our school, we use Google Docs in our library and in our classroom. We each log in to our own Google Chromebook. Once there, we can get to our Google Docs. On your own computer at home, you can get to Google Docs too.

Google Docs lets you save everything on it without using a flash drive. You can also go on shared documents, which lets you go on a page, and everyone can work on it together. On shared documents, you can also see everyone’s writing. On Google Docs, you have your own account, too, but you have a username and password to go with it.

Let’s move on. Google Docs does not glitch, and it loads very quickly. There is one page that shows everything you wrote and saved. There are little squares and if you press one of them, the page will pop up. In the top right corner is your username, you have to click it and sign out or else someone will get on your account and that is not good.
