Hot Wheels playsets: Power Plant Blast is good fun, too

I tested two playsets from Hot Wheels City: Octopus Pier Attack and the Downtown Power Plant Blast (Mattel).

Have you ever seen a car go through a ramp on water, get attacked by an octopus, and maybe even knock down a lighthouse? You’re in luck. The Octopus Pier Attack is exactly that. You have to load the car on the move changer lift to enter the pier, spin the octopus head to launch it, and the car can surf through the wave. Depending on force, the lighthouse may fall over. You can connect to the other Hot Wheels tracks and sets.

A person can collect other sets and create a city. It’s very easy to play. I love when I give enough force for the lighthouse to knock over. The only thing I would change is if the car could change color. After looking at the collection, I would want all of them, and that is why I also liked the Power Plant set as well. It is just good fun.
