DEAR KIDSDAY: I am a 9-year-old boy and I am not good at lacrosse. I want to play, but what should I do?
Dear Super: Almost every kid said the same thing: practice. Here are some of the things you should work on: cradling the ball in the stick, throwing with the left and right hand, playing catch either against a wall or with a friend. You can use a bounce-back too. Talk to a coach. Talk to your friends and see if they will help you. Get in really good shape so that you can keep up with your friends and teammates on the field, too.
