Have you ever been bullied before? If so, you’re not alone. There are many kids including me who are getting bullied or have gotten bullied either in person or online. If you are being bullied in person, there are some things you can do:

  • Ignore the bully.
  • Look at the bully in the eyes.
  • Tell the bully that you don’t like whatever he/she is doing.
  • Walk away with your head high, but don’t run.
  • Don’t go into places alone with the bully.
  • Seek help from a trusted adult.

On the other hand, if you are being cyberbullied, there are also some things you can do:

  • Ignore the bully.
  • Block the bully’s phone number, email address and any other info that can help the bully access your email.
  • If you see your friend getting cyberbullied, get help.
  • If you see threats on your computer screen or any other device, tell an adult and they can call the police to address it.

With these tips, you can help stop bullying. They have helped my friends and me. And, speaking of friends, keep them close so the bully stays far away.
