Owning Jets season tickets is an amazing experience and I recommend purchasing them for any Jets fan. My family got them last year and we are so happy! Make sure to get to the games early to have tailgate parties, meet former players and get autographs. There are also cool on-field experiences, such as getting sideline passes and being a flag holder.
When you have sideline passes, you have permission to stand on the sidelines and watch players warm up for approximately 45 minutes before the game. When you’re a flag holder you get to hold the big Jets flag during the national anthem. You also get to watch Jets players run out of the tunnel onto the field.
As part of owning Jets season tickets you are allowed to attend 10 home games. There are 2 preseason games and 8 regular season games. The most exciting game for me last year was on Dec. 27. This is when the Jets beat the New England Patriots 26-20 in overtime after a confusing coin toss for the Patriots.
There is also a Jets reward point system. You are awarded points when the Jets get a turnover, a sack and when the crowd gets extremely loud. These points are called “Fan Assists.” Each fan assist gives Jets fans 100 points. You can earn points other ways too. You can use all of these points to get autographed pictures, Jets memorabilia and other cool items. Our four seats are in the third deck and we have a great view of the field.
