We taste-tested three types of Kitchfix Grain-Free Granola Bars: maple cinnamon, chocolate chip and vanilla sea salt were our choices. First we looked at the packaging to decide which box was most appealing. Two of us liked the chocolate chip packaging, and one of us liked the vanilla sea salt packaging.

However, our decision was mostly based on the flavor options as the packaging as a whole wasn’t very eye-catching. We tasted the chocolate chip granola bars first. When we opened the wrapper, the bar was broken into pieces. We noticed the bars looked very grainy, and when we bit into the bar it was not chewy like other granola bars we’ve eaten.

Next we tried the maple cinnamon granola bars. The smell was a bit stronger than the chocolate chip bars, but it was a good smell. The taste reminded us of syrup. The vanilla sea salt was the last bar we tried. Two of us liked the vanilla sea salt bar the best. It didn’t have a very strong taste, but the combination of vanilla and sea salt was yummy!

Overall, we would be happy if our moms put this in our snack bag for our school snack!
