This year at our school, we all participated in the “Let’s Get Moving” challenge. Every day for two weeks we challenged ourselves to do 10 minutes of exercise per day. We filled in a daily log with the exercise and time completed. Every day I would run around my house, go to the park to ride my bike or jump on my trampoline. In school we would go on gonoodle.com, which is a website that promotes physical activity in a fun and interactive way.

As a reward for participating in daily exercise we were invited to a faculty/staff volleyball game. It was so much fun to see my teachers play against one another.
