We went to ABC studios to see a screening of Disney's "Teen Beach Movie."

This movie is about two friends, Brady (Ross Lynch) and McKenzie (Maia Mitchell), who share a love of surfing. McKenzie promised her aunt that she would go to college.

Brady was really disappointed that she was going to leave the island to go off to school. Mckenzie and Brady decided to surf one more wave together before she goes away, and they got stuck in a huge storm. The waves got really rough and they fell off their boards into the ocean.

When they came to the surface, they saw the set and the characters from Brady's favorite musical, "Wet Side Story." They went onshore and started taking part in the musical, and they started to change the plot of the story.

On top of that, they were starting to blend into the story, too. They spent their time trying to get out of the musical so they would't ruin it.

We loved the movie! It's a funny turn on an old musical. There was a lot of great singing, dancing and having fun! Some of the scenes are so silly that you can't help but laugh out loud.

We recommend this movie mostly for girls, ages 8 and older. It airs on the Disney Channel July 19 at 8 p.m.
