I’m hitting a high note in jazz band

One of my personal interests is the jazz band. Jazz band is a club that I’m in at my middle school. I play the clarinet. Other instruments in the jazz band are tenor saxophone, alto saxophone, baritone saxophone, tuba, percussion instruments, trumpets and trombones.

The two songs that we did in jazz band so far are “The Funky Monkey” and the theme for “Spider-Man.” The difference between jazz band and regular band is that we play cool jazz in the jazz band, but in the regular band, we play music that is intense. We play on the stage at school.

Jazz band has helped me get better at playing high notes. I love playing in the jazz band!
