Sewing for dogs, but maybe someday for queens

Have you ever wanted to learn how to sew and make your own things? Here are some tips to help you get started. Some of the first projects that beginners should make are pillows, pencil cases, pajamas and tote bags. These were my first projects.

One of my most challenging projects I had to make was a dress. The reason why it was so challenging was that the fabric was stretchy, which is harder to work with. My dress was made out of that kind of fabric, and it presented a challenge.

My sewing instructor comes to my house every Tuesday afternoon to give me a private lesson. We are currently working on a really rewarding project. I am making dog beds and bandannas to donate to the Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) of the Hamptons. When I’m finished, I get to donate the items to the dogs in need.

My dream in life is to work in the fashion industry. Maybe one day I will be creating a dress for the first lady or even the Queen of England!
