Many kids are not active enough and are not eating as healthily as they should. I think we need to do something about it. Parents should care about what they give their kids for snacks. Parents should give their kids fruit or vegetables every day.

I also think that kids spend too much time playing video games and being lazy. Kids should play outside for at least an hour every day doing things like running, riding a bike and playing different sports. It’s important that parents be good role models about healthy eating habits and make dinner a fun family time. Finally, I think as kids get older, they should also have some responsibility. For example, kids should learn to read food labels and choose water over sugary drinks.
