Tips to stay positive when you’re feeling sad

Sometimes we feel sad, but we can change sadness. Do you like to do something that makes you feel happy? For example, dancing, playing sports, making art, sleeping, reading, etc. Well, you can do those things, even if you’re not good at them. Or you can talk to someone who makes you feel comfortable.

Did someone ever tell you that you can’t do something? Well, don’t think the same way as them. You should motivate yourself to do better and show them they’re wrong. Help someone who needs help. Even the smallest thing can help, and you will feel much better.

Don’t stress during a test. Smile once or twice. You also can look in the mirror and tell yourself everything will be OK. Try meditating for half an hour. Do some yoga. Think more positively about the day. You can cook or bake something you like. If you get a bad grade, ask your teacher for help. Imagine you are in the place you’ve always dreamed of. Write a letter to your future self.

Overall, stay positive and never lose hope in your achievements.
