Swimming with dolphins

Swimming with dolphins was really fun. I did it a few years ago when my family took a vacation in the Bahamas. We took a 20-minute ferry ride to Blue Lagoon Beach to do this. When I went swimming with dolphins, I had to be a certain age and height. I needed to know how to swim. I was scared when I first got in the water. But after a little while, it got really fun.

I held on to the dolphin’s fin on its back, while it was pulling me around in the water. I got scared to hold on to the dolphin’s fin because I thought my hand was going to slip off the fin. The dolphin’s name was Andy, and he could swim really fast.

Andy did everything the instructor told him to do. He was very smart. After Andy pulled me through the water I had to float on my belly so Andy’s head can go on my feet and then he pushed me forward.

When Andy was done pushing me forward, I got to pet him. The instructor gave me a fish so I could feed him. I had to hold the fish in the air. Then Andy jumped up to catch the fish.

The dolphin kissed me on the cheek. Before I got out of the water, Andy did this cool dance. He jumped out of the water and flapped his fins back and forth. Swimming with the dolphins was really fun. To find out more: swimwith.dolphinencounters.com
