'The Blood of Olympus,' an exciting read that uses mythology

"Why, I am your sister Perseus Jackson. And I wanted to meet you before you die." The book, "The Blood of Olympus," by Rick Riordan, is an extraordinary novel with cliffhangers at every turn. This book is fantasy, and also has many references to Greek and Roman mythology. It was not hard to concentrate on the story because some parts were so shocking that I couldn't stop reading. Riordan also shows in the story that the characters have bonded during their time together. For example, Reyna told Nico how her father died, something she's never told anyone else.
