'The Lonely Lake Monster' review

Do you have an extraordinary imagination? Well, "The Lonely Lake Monster: The Imaginary Veterinary: Book 2" by Suzanne Selfors (Little Brown), is a perfect fantasy book for fourth- and fifth-graders. This awesome book is about a girl named Pearl who works at a veterinary hospital with the fantastic Dr. Woo.

Pearl finds many adventures with her new friend Ben, the lonely lake monster, and a whole list of imaginary creatures including a leprechaun.

When Ben and the leprechaun go missing, Pearl has to come up with a plan to save them. This book is so funny that I couldn't stop laughing while I was reading it.

The way Selfors writes makes me feel like I really know the characters. I couldn't put the book down. So go out and get this great book. But remember to watch out for the sasquatch.
