This run was for more than just fun

Our school had a fun run fundraiser to get funds for our extra school programs. Basically, our families and friends gave us money for each lap we ran.

For example, my friend ran all 35 laps. For each lap she gets $30, so she would raise $1,050. My school’s goal was to raise $10,000. Surprisingly, we went way above our goal! This was a good way to get exercise and also make our school the best it can possibly be.

The fun run was really fun and I wish I could do it in middle school next year.
