What's for breakfast?

Are you eating breakfast before heading off to school? It is supposed to be the most important meal of the day because you get your energy, and when you are not hungry you can concentrate in class better.

Also, it stops you from snacking all day long. We interviewed 100 fifth-grade students about what their favorite breakfast was. We gave them five choices.

Here is what we found out:

Pancakes 33

Bacon, eggs 27

Toast 14

Cereal 13

Waffles 13

Most kids agree that they do have something to eat in the morning except on those days when they are running late.

They will even try to snack in the car or bus or while walking to school.
