The Not-Its! are about to release a new children’s CD called “Are You Listening” ($10 at wearethenot-its.com), and on Sunday the Seattle-based band will be on Long Island to play two shows at the Long Island Children’s Museum, 11 Davis Ave., Garden City. Shows are at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. and cost $5 with museum admission or $10 for the show only. 516-224-5800, licm.org

Huntington resident Patricia Shih’s latest CD for babies and toddlers, called “Lovabyes: Gentle Songs for Gentle Children,” has won a Parents’ Choice Recommended Award and Creative Child Magazine’s “2015 CD of the Year” award in the lullaby category. $10 at cdbaby.com. Shih’s next public family show on Long Island is scheduled for 2 p.m. April 10 at the East Islip Public Library, 381 E. Main St., East Islip.

Raffi has just released “Owl Singalong,” a follow-up to his 2014 CD “Love Bug,” which was his first set of children’s songs in 12 years. The title of the 16-song CD was inspired by the owls Raffi hears outside his home on Salt Spring Island, Canada, and by his grandniece Lucie’s enthusiasm for her stuffed-toy owl. Tunes include “See the Moon” and “The More We Sing Together,” as well as Raffi singing in Spanish in “Somos El Barco” and in French in “Dans La Forêt Lointaine.” $12.99 at amazon.com
