It's award season, and if you're like me, you may not have had the time to see many of the movies up for best picture. With a little ones at home, it's not easy finding time to get to the movies, let alone finding a baby-sitter. But if you have children, I'd be willing to bet you've caught at least one of the films up for best animated feature.
Here's a rundown of the five animated movies that received an Oscar nod, and you can vote on for your favorite below.
"The Croods." In this cute comedy voiced by superstars like Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone and Ryan Reynolds, a prehistoric family embarks on a wild adventure after their cave is destroyed. Rated: PG
"Despicable Me 2." Gru and the minions are back for a new adventure in this fun sequel featuring the voices of Voices: Steve Carell, Kristen Wiig, Benjamin Bratt and Russell Brand. Rated: PG
"Ernest & Celestine." A story about an unlikely friendship of a sensitive, talented bear named Ernest and a little orphaned mouse named Celestine. Rated: PG.
"Frozen." Set in a kingdom trapped in eternal winter, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Syosset's Idina Menzel (Broadway's "Wicked") star in this Disney animated adventure. Rated: PG
"The Wind Rises." Written Hayao Miyazaki, this animated tale follows the life of Jiro (voice of Joseph Gordon-Levitt), who designed Japanese fighter planes during World War II. Stanley Tucci, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski also voice characters.
