If you're looking for something to do with the kids this summer, you won't want to miss the Long Island Children's Museum's class, Music and Movement, which features musical instruments and kids' favorite songs.
Now through August, there will be special guests at some of the classes, which are held at 11:30 a.m. every Wednesday and Friday.
On Friday, July 27 and Friday, August 3, Darlene Graham, a popular children's singer who performs at libraries, parks and other venues throughout Long Island, will be a special guest during the class.
Louie Miranda, a veteran musician and educator who appears all over the New York City area, will perform during the Friday, August 17 and Friday, August 31 classes.
The classes are geared for children ages 3 and up; $3 with museum admission, $10 theater only. Space is limited so be sure to register ahead of time.
