'Solo,' 'Incredibles 2,' more Walt Disney Studios' 2018 movies

From "Solo: A Star Wars Story" to "Incredibles 2" and more, here's a look at the Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures' release schedule for 2018.

"Black Panther"

"Black Panther" hits theaters Feb. 16, 2018.

T'Challa (Black Panther) returns home to take the throne as the new king. Black Panther is tested when an old enemy reappears and he must secure the safety of his people.

Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o star, along with Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis.

"Black Panther hits theaters on Feb. 16, 2018.

"A Wrinkle in Time"

Based on Madeleine L'Engle's classic tale, the movie follows Meg Murry, a middle school student, and her younger brother, Charles, who set out on a quest. Together with their friend Calvin, the trio meets three celestial guides, Mrs. Which, Mrs. Whatsit and Mrs. Who, as they travel between dimensions via "a wrinkling of time and space known as tessering" in search of their father after his sudden death. To make it back to Earth, Meg must reach within herself and find the inner strength to defeat the darkness.

"A Wrinkle in Time" stars Oprah Winfrey (Mrs. Which), Reese Witherspoon (Mrs. Whatsit), Mindy Kaling (Mrs. Who), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Mrs. Murry), Michael Peňa (Red), Storm Reid (Meg Murry), Zach Galifianakis (The Happy Medium) and Chris Pine (Mr. Murry).

The movie opens in theaters on March 9, 2018.

"Avengers: Infinity War"

In this epic adventure, the Avengers and Super Hero friends aim to defeat Thanos before his power destroys the universe.

The movie stars Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Chris Evans (Captain America), Josh Brolin (Thanos), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange), Tom Holland (Spider-Man), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) and Vin Diesel (Groot).

"Solo - A Star Wars Story"

"Solo - A Star Wars Story" hits theaters

Travel back to when young Han Solo meets his copilot, Chewbacca. Follow their journey through the galaxy on board the Millennium Falcon when they encounter gambler Lando Calrissian.

The cast includes Alden Ehrenreich (Han Solo), Emilia Clarke (Kira), Donald Glover (Lando Calrissian), Joonas Suotamo (Chewbacca), as well as Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton and more.

“Solo: A Star Wars Story” opens on May 25, 2018.

"Incredibles 2"

Pixar's favorite superhero family is back as Helen, Bob, Violet and Dash try to lead a normal life while still unaware of baby Jack-Jack's superpowers. The family, along with Frozone, work together again to take down a new villain.

“Incredibles 2” stars Holly Hunter (voice of Helen), Crag T. Nelson (voice of Bob), Sarah Vowell (voice of Violet), Huck Milnar (voice of Dash), Samuel L. Jackson (voice of Frozone) and more.

The movie hits theaters on June 15, 2018.

"Ant-Man and the Wasp"

This new chapter from the Marvel Cinematic Universe features Scott Lang as he tries to balance his home life with his Ant-Man responsibilities. When he is approached by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym to head a new mission, Scott and The Wasp team up to reveal secrets from their past.

The cast includes Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Evangeline Lilly (Hope van Dyne), Michael Douglas (Dr. Hank Pym) as well as Walton Goggins, Judy Greer, Michael Pena, Laurence Fishburne and Michelle Pfeiffer.

“Ant-Man and the Wasp” opens on July 6, 2018.

"Disney's Christopher Robin"

As a young boy, Christopher Robin loved all his adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood with his stuffed animal friends. Now, he's grown up and needs the help of his childhood buddies to help him find his way again.

"The Nutcracker and the Four Realms"

Here she meets a soldier named Phillip, a gang of mice and the three leaders of the Realms: Land of Snowflakes, Land of Flowers and Land of Sweets. Together, Clara and Phillip must brave the Fourth Realm, home to the tyrant Mother Ginger, to finally retrieve the coveted key.

Inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann’s classic tale, the movie stars Keira Knightley (Sugar Plum Fairy), Morgan Freeman (Drosselmeyer), Mackenzie Foy (Clara), Helen Mirren (Mother Ginger) and more.

"Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2"

Ralph leaves Litwak's video arcade to explore the world of the internet. Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz travel through the web to help save Vanellope's video game, Sugar Rush. Along the way they meet a website entrepreneur named Yesss, the head of the site "BuzzzTube," who helps them navigate their way.

The cast includes John C. Reilly (voice of Ralph), Sarah Silverman (voice of Vanellope) and Taraji P. Henson (voice of Yesss).

"Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-Ralph 2” hits theaters on Nov. 21, 2018.

"Mary Poppins Returns"

"Mary Poppins Returns" hits theaters Dec. 25, 2018.

The next generation of the Banks family and their nanny with magical powers is back on another adventure. Along with her friend Jack, Mary Poppins brings joy to the streets of London.

"Mary Poppins Returns" stars Emily Blunt (Mary Poppins), Lin-Manuel Miranda (Jack), Ben Whishaw (Michael Banks), Emily Mortimer (Jane Banks), Julie Walters (Ellen), Colin Firth (William Weatherall Wilkins) and Meryl Streep (Topsy).

The movie will be released in theaters on Dec. 25, 2018.
