Leave it to Alice and Olivia designer Stacy Bendet to make a haunted house dinner party a fun time.
That was the inspiration for Bendet's Fall 2012 collection, but no one was too spooked to admire the show-stopping looks at her Fashion Week presentation Monday.
"It's just so fun, flirty and sexy," said "The Help" actress Ahna O'Reilly, dressed in a blush colored Alice and Olivia dress and a cropped black jacket with a bow.
"The first expensive piece of clothing I ever bought was an Alice and Olivia skirt," she said. "I still wear it to this day."
Models with dark eye makeup and deep red lips posed in flared party dresses, floor-length stunners, peplum tops and printed pant suits.
Sequins, fur, leather accents and bold patterns made the girlish pieces must-have items, accessorized with killer heels and mod glasses.
Actress Krysten Ritter showed off one of the designer's spring-ready creations, a bright floral belted dress that she called girly and festive.
"It makes you feel like you're in costume even though it's a simple dress," she said.
