Big things are happening this year for H&M.
First, the budget fashionista's go-to brand mingled with the likes of Oscar de la Renta and Valentino on the 2013 Oscars red carpet. Best supporting actress nominee Helen Hunt's decision to wear a strapless navy blue H&M evening gown to the big event had fans applauding affordable fashion.
Now, Beyoncé is getting in on the fun, starring in H&M's summer campaign.
H&M creative director Donald Schneider calls the campaign "an epic fantasy, with glamour, drama and also a sense of paradise."
Beyoncé even had input in the designs, according to head of design at H&M Ann-Sofie Johansson. She names bodycon dresses, flowing sundresses and fringe bikinis among the key pieces.
As if the collection, available in stores and online in May, wasn't enough to look forward to, stay tuned for the TV commercial, which will feature a new song by Beyoncé, "Standing On The Sun."
