Charlotte Ronson's slight use of color really pops

Ronson gave up her original runway time slot to allow for the Haiti benefit. But it didn’t hurt her turnout.

The place was SRO as the celeb designer gave us the long and the longer of it. (No short, thanks ... or not much.)

It’s a cozy, covered-up line, with an ankle-length rust trench (we're talking a lot of buttons), and to-the-floor pleated skirts (one looked great with a tough-gal motorcycle jacket).

Shorts and shorter dresses were met by above-the-knee boots.

Much of this was black or gray, but glimpses of color, including rust, raspberry and an unusual “Copenhagen blue” - like a cloudless sky - really popped.
