She may have been booted off "Real Housewives of New York City," but fiery redhead Jill Zarin continues to take Manhattan by storm.
Showing off her figure in a black shaping top of her own design beneath a white Elizabeth and James blazer, the business savvy television star shopped with fans to promote her Skweez Couture shapewear line, proving that shapewear doesn't always need to be hidden.
The 25-piece collection includes shaping bodysuits, briefs, tanks, tights and leggings, available at Lord and Taylor stores and lordandtaylor.com.
Some might say it's the modern woman's lingerie, smoothing out curves and tucking in problem spots while keeping it sexy in lace designs.
"I suggest wearing it in layers," Zarin says, adding that she likes to put a shaper under a pair of firm control tights. "Whatever you do, make sure you buy the right size and style for your body. Once you find the right fit, stock up on different colors."
The collection is priced from $20 to $48 and makes Zarin the first "Housewife" to have a line in a department store.
"It's for every type of woman," Zarin says, "and it's comfortable. I wanted women to have shapewear they could feel their best in. We believe beauty begins with a great foundation."
