Think you know your bra size?
Jockey says you're wrong.
The intimates brand's research shows that 85 percent of women are wearing bras that don’t fit them properly, even after being sized by an expert.
They're blaming the issue on standard bra measurements, so they've thrown away lettered cup sizes all together.
Their new system offers 55 different sizes for a fit that's arguably as close to custom as it gets. The catch? A more elaborate fitting than you're probably used to, with a "Fit Kit" that comes with 10 plastic breast-shaped cups in a range of sizes and a tape measurer. Put those two measurements together and what do you get? Allegedly the closest fitting bra you've ever had.
So now that you've given up on your not quite right 32B and rebranded yourself a 3/34, you have five styles to choose from, including the Classic Contour, Classic Soft Cup and Tailored Contour. Each Jockey Bra is $60, but you can get it for $40 with the purchase of a Fit Kit for $19.99.
“Through our research, and countless hours of testing and talking with women, we are confident we are answering women’s desire for the perfect fitting bra,” says Sally Tomkins, senior vice president of design and development for Jockey.
For ladies who are set in their old ways, each bra comes with a “Love at First Fit, Guaranteed” promise of a full refund if you're not satisfied.
