Move over, Dylan's Candy Bar -- a new, sugar-crazed hot spot is in town, straight from Las Vegas. If chocolate-covered gummy bears, sour belts, rock candy and containers filled with countless other treats aren't enough to tame your sweet tooth, head on back to the bar for an indulgent candy cocktail, made with fun ingredients such as gummy worms and lollipops and delivered with dry ice smoking effects in a giant 36 oz. goblet ($36), or a Reese's martini or Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan ($16).
Need to balance out your sugar intake? The brasserie offers tasty burgers ($16), salads ($11-16), steak frites ($25) and snacks like fried mac and cheese pops ($11) and popcorn shrimp ($15). There are plenty of breakfast items, too, and since it's open until 4 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays, it's sure to be a new favorite of late-night partyers at the surrounding Meatpacking District bars and clubs.

You might know e.l.f. for their giant 144-piece makeup palettes for $15 and other crazy affordable beauty products sold at Target stores and online, but e.l.f. has just opened its flagship store at Manhattan's Astor Place. The store is the only place you can shop e.l.f.'s entire studio line in person, and nothing in the store is over $10.
There are tons of products to try out, including lip exfoliator, tints, glosses and lipsticks ($3-5), baked eye shadow palettes ($10), HD and cream blushes ($3-6), eye-enhancing mascaras ($3), nail polishes ($2), and tools ranging from foundation brushes and brow combs to eyelash curlers ($3).
CEO Joey Shamah says the mineral-infused face primer ($6) is his No. 1 seller, and the palettes are popular gifts. The store's "Little Black Beauty Book" with 32 pieces is just $6. Customers are invited to stop in anytime for a free makeup application to learn tips from the pros.

After finding success in East Hampton and at Roosevelt Field mall, Everything But Water opened their first oasis in Manhattan with a large collection of luxurious designer swimwear, resortwear and beachy accessories. Featured brands include Mara Hoffman, L*Space, Milly Cabana, Nanette Lepore and Michael Kors Collection, but what really makes the store stand out is its attention to finding the right fit for every body.
“So many women look at swimwear shopping as being daunting, but it doesn’t have to be,” says Audrey Jimenez, director of stores. In-store fit specialists work with each customer to style the most flattering look for her based on bust size, body features and style and color preferences.
“We know that what you buy here is an investment,” Jimenez says. “You’ll leave with a bit of knowledge, too."

Located in Hell’s Kitchen, an area better known for its nightlife and five-star restaurants, Très Chix is home to an array of costume jewelry and whimsical accessories.
“I envisioned a place where my love of all things — art, fashion, design, shopping and people converged,” says owner Sandee Alvarez Toumanidis. “My belief is that there is something for everyone with regards to art and beautiful things.”
And with prices ranging from $6 to $1,200, there truly is something for everyone, whether it is New York designer Terry Ross’ colorful gems or Cruciani bracelets from Italy worn by the likes of “Gangnam Style” sensation Psy and burlesque beauty Dita Von Teese. The store recently started selling clothing from Manhattan-based designers and will host the filming of girl band Lucki Gurlz's next video.
