Roosevelt Field, one of the largest malls in the country at 2.4 million square feet, features Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and more than 260 others. The Dining District seats 1,200 and features many Manhattan restaurateurs. Joining the Dining District this holiday season will be Chick-fil-A. Opening late 2018, will be Small Batch, a celebrity chef restaurant by Tom Colicchio. There’s an AMC movie theater, a 24/7 gym, on-site dental cleaning, eyebrow threading, eye exams, watch repair, a tailor and dry cleaning; even its own post office, open 7 days a week that offers passport service. In addition to shopping, grab a bite in the food court or squeeze in a workout at XSport Fitness Club. There is a children’s play area and koi pond near H&M. Santa arrives Nov. 9, and will be holding court near Macy’s Court through Christmas Eve.

This outdoor mall off Exit 72 of the LIE has more than 140 outlets and two food courts. Free charging stations for electric cars. Personal cellphone stations in common areas and food courts. Events through Oct. 31: Buy a Pink Card that benefits breast cancer research and get 25 percent off one item. Nov. 3, 1-5 p.m.: Taste of the East End includes food trucks, free children’s activities and crafts Nov. 1-18: Visit shopper services for 25 percent-off coupons good at participating retailers.

This fall, Bath and Body Works/ White Barn Candle will join the mix.
