Taylor Swift and her girl-next-door image took to the Victoria's Secret runway in Manhattan Wednesday, sharing the space with models wearing, well, not a whole lot.
The over-the-top flesh-fest -- featuring model Candace Swanepoel in a $10 million jeweled bra -- was broken into six vignettes.
The '60s-inspired opener was called "British Invasion" (think bras and bobby caps and Swift wrapped in a Union Jack outfit). There was an ethereal "Shipwrecked" section featuring driftwood Angel wings, along with a peppy "Pink" segment (for VS' teen-oriented lingerie line) enhanced with gigantic smiley faces. The show airs Dec. 10 on CBS.
During the extravagant finale, model Lindsay Ellingson sizzled as the Snow Queen in an elaborate high-tech costume encrusted with Swarovski crystals. For added effect, a snowy blizzard covered the runway -- and the audience.
Would Swift dare to wear VS lingerie as did predecessors Katy Perry and Rihanna? Nope. She donned a sparkly mini sheath while performing her hit, "I Knew You Were Trouble." But she wasn't planning on getting into any.
