The shoes are the reality on Bravo’s new ‘The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection”

Isn’t it nice to know that some aspects of reality shows are real? In the case of Bravo’s latest “Project Runway,” wannabe, “The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection” (Tuesdays, 10 PM ET/PT), that would be the shoes.

Farmingdale-based retail chain, Love My Shoes, provided 300 pairs of shoes by the likes of Steve Madden,  Jessica Simpson and BCBGGeneration (you can find ‘em at the stores in Bayside, Babylon, Carle Place, Huntington and Oceanside or at LoveMyShoes.Com) that get their close-ups during weekly fashion smackdowns between two teams of contestants competing as fashion houses to create winning collections.

As for the show? Well as always, host-judge Isaac Mizrahi is a charmer, the contestants are equal parts creative, wacky and weird, but co-host and judge Iman, poor fantastically beautiful woman, comes off as stilted, angry and artificial.
