Catherine Zeta-Jones, the Welsh actress who is among those with a penchant for gardening in the nude, told David Letterman and his national TV audience last week that her recent move to New York has put the kabosh on her, um, leafless hoticultural attire.
Her new Central Park-area digs don't offer the privacy of her former Bermuda home. And apparently, the whole family, including husband Michael Douglas, need to adjust to not being able to frolic in the buff. She told Dave that in Bermuda, her kids "were like naked, opening the back door. So was I, just running out naked into the garden. It's really hard to do that in Central Park!"
The family came to New York when Zeta-Jones snagged a role in Broadway's "A Little Night Music," and has recently decided to set down permanent roots here.
